We provide consulting services for quality control in ready-mix concrete production units, in accordance with the New Concrete Technology Regulation (K.T.S. 16).
Our specialized engineers are capable of offering technical guidance for the production process, organizing the Quality Control Department—which is now mandatory according to the New Concrete Technology Regulation—and supporting the Quality Control Department in complying with the new regulation through regular site visits.
Our firm services specifically include:
- Harmonization of the Delivery Note, in accordance with K.T.S. 16.
- Statistical analysis of compressive strength test results of ready-mix concrete.
- Development of concrete mix design studies.
- Resolution of issues concerning the clients of companies collaborating with ND Nikolaou & Partners, related to the delivered product (e.g., updates, quality failure in delivered concrete, etc.).
- Internal calibration of plant scales (using test weights) every quarter, as required by K.T.S. 16.
- Monitoring of raw materials balance.
- Issuance of standardized records for compressive strength of ready-mix concrete and raw materials logbooks, and submission to K.E.D.E. or regional P.E.D.E. for official validation.
